Holbrook lens spots

Hi newbie here. Just have to querry what are these spots on my lenses? Bought these from my friend in australia and months after receiving them these appear. It wont come off after cleaning them. Im from the philippines. Thank you for answering. Thanks.

Are the marks raised or are they deep?

They arent raised couldnt assess if theyre deep either. They are just there lol.

I had the same markings on one of my pairs but it wasn’t in the line of sight. More around the edges closer to the frame. No one could give me an answer. Unless you’ve done the frame I would suspect wear and tear or the iridium deterorating. I would look into replacements unless you can deal with it.
