Interesting/Rare?? Juliets on ebay

So I saw this pair of Juliets on ebay this morning, the etching on the arm has gotten me wondering if anybody has ever seen this before?
Also worth noting is that the seller is from the same town/city that the X Metal plant was located in.

It has been discussed before, no consensus in that thread about their authenticity, although believed authentic.

These have been listed on ebay from different sellers; more than one listing their location as Dayton, Nevada. Coincidence?...
