sadly, Ebay does not care about shill bidding anymore. They realized if they let it happen, their fees are higher when they do actually sell.

If you own both accounts involved its pretty easy to circumvent the fees.

He just reports the buyer, himself, backed out and didn't pay. He has, by last recall at least three shill accounts. I wrote the Attorney General again. Last time I wrote, they disbanded his account. Maybe they did again. He will just start another, under a new name. I was hoping I could bid and then back out like he does, but I have been blocked. LOL
