Wow, you are lucky, I never send anything to HQ without some kind of tracking and signature confirmation, lost a good pair of x metals one time and that's all it took for me to learn my lesson.

Received my watch last week ups, it was pressure tested, new battery and new crown. Zero cost and fixed! Thanks Oakley! Also they gave me a case to ship the watch back in! I did not get any updates like I was told I would so I called hq a few times. Overall very happy it’s fixed and back up and running! Thanks for all the help guys and gals.
