The hinge is made of bunch of parts.
The design is brilliant but piss poor executed.
The shaft is only spot welded to the Head.

That appears to be a somewhat DIY’able shape to make a metal casting, then die of.This is where I‘m at.
I managed to laser weld the original pin back to the head. I need to find the right tool to press end of the Pin flat.

The litte Piece you holding is the most important and difficult of the assembly. Strange is that the little Piece you are holding looks different than mine. Please take some more pictures of it and post them.@StG That looks about where I'd like to get mine at. For the moment, I am stuck with this:
The tooth of the little fork ( sorry, don't know the name of all parts ) broke, and the head also came off the shaft. It's held by the screw on the temple...View attachment 723052View attachment 723053View attachment 723054
Finally done.
I managed to fix Hinge and stripped the Carbon of the Frame.

Now the hard part starts.

I will do my best to write it up.Congrats, although I think the hardest part is already completed. You should do a full write up on how you made the hinge mechanism. I have one with a broken hinge I’ve been looking to fix too.
