No you don't, but you need to be very very very patient and persistent.

You can try to contact DrChop through his site, if you are lucky he will even respond to your request, and then you get in line. A long one.

I tried 3 times, and gave up. If answering to an email is too much hassle, I will most certainly not ship my frames that way. But you can always give it a go.
This man is just too busy doing his artist-magic, because that is what it is.
