Oh and as far as the bridge defect pointed out in another post. I looked at 3 pairs from boxes and 2 on the floor and none of them were scratched on the inside. So YMMV

Might just be a batch issue.

That’s awesome. Maybe the store I went to got some fluke awful batch in Which would make me feel better about everyone else getting them in the mail. I seriously cringed when I was looking at them earlier.
