could all the damage be because these sunglasses are "one piece" i mean , unlike most other pairs here you don't have an empty frame and then the Oakley (sweatshop Chinese children) workers put the lenses in the frame.
here it is one solid production item, right? perhaps the arms are being added after the other parts are put together, and thereby that assembly could damage the lenses.
