Replacement case parts

Does anyone have any leads or ideas where I could get replacement pieces like this? There are two different sizes from 2 different style cases. This part is where the nose bridge would sit while the ear stems are in cut out slots in the case.

This may sound silly, but with a mini lathe you can reproduce them. You can get the threaded stock & wood at Home Depot/Lowes. I really don’t know how crafty you are. Anyway, could be a last resort with successful results.
