Romeo Titanium with Patina. What are my Options?

Hello,
I have a Romeo in Titanium / Gold Iridium. The frame has a strong patina. Is it possible to make it look like new again? Does the frame just have to be sandblasted for this? Who offers this service in Europe, I'm from Germany. I'll post pics of the glasses later.
