These Blades do look pretty nice. I'm curious to see what the rest of the lineup looks like. I'm sure I'll have to own a pair or two.

Thanks for posting the pic!

I have to say, the design does nothing for me! Iterative at best. Derivative and uninspired at worst.

Looks just like any active/sports sunglasses:sorry:, but at least it will be easy to swap lenses:rolleyes:(judging from the image). Wish the bean counters treated xmetals like their brand's sports/super car. Kinda like GM has the corvette among their countless beige cars.

The thing is in the day no other sports sunglasses looked like Oakley. These are a return to the early designs.

It's other brands that look like Oakley, until Oakley started to look like Rayban & Arnette.

To me, if it doesn't have unobtainium all around including nose pads, it's a failed sport design. Air filled silicon nose pads can suck it, those things don't work for ****.

True - although e wire has done without unobtanium since its release last century. :)

One of Oakleys all time classics, and was the top of range when first released. My e wires have never fallen off, but my 0.4s did once, after a heavy fall whilst snowboarding!

Just curious here so excuse the tone- How often do you go running in the E wire? Or for an all day trail ride?

Not saying glasses without unobtainium don't have their place, but for an ultra lightweight sport focused frame to come without Oakley patented sweat absorbing rubber is just asinine IMO.
