Tbh it was pretty funky, I'm not sure if I'd get one by it was awesome to look at...

If I rememeber correctly, The frame was darker, like xmetal finish w/ruby lenses. The lenses were old school zero shaped ( not round ) and the orbitals were held together by a nose piece and another 'bad' across the top

There were outward notches on the orbitals which look like the older C clamps ...

The stems were disappointing, they reminded me of A wire 2.0 spring hinge stems w/the ellipse in the front 'corner' ...

Hope some of this makes sense...

yea, i don't think i would get one unless i wanted it to be a display pair only. if it is real then i really liked that it was a bit outlandish. we have been missing crazy "mad science" type stuff and it is nice to see them make something oddball again.

if it was a real pic then i think i am more excited to see a XS inspired offering after seeing that one. i thought the fit and finish looked real nice.

when i saw the image i immediately thought of the Aliens movies because the girl wearing them looked like Ripley, and they looked like something that could be in that series of movies. lol.

It's probably going to be a collector's item since it is a crazy design that reminds you of the pre-Lux Oakley. I guess that's why they call it the Madman/Badman.
