Rumor: New X-Metal

I've seen the picture of them (I dont know which one though) They're pretty interesting. They look like a pair of Mars with the nose bridge thinner and much higher (higher than the top of the frames)

I am still in the air on this one... It's really going to depend on price and style. If the style lacks I will pass, if the price is to high I'll pass... They will need to price these just right and deliver an amazing Oakley worthy product. The bar is high but I am confident they can deliver

Ill be getting at least one ... I think they'll fill the void that xmetals left us ... And most likely be remotely collectible ... I wasnt in a financial place to buy Juliets when they first came out, even the Elite line was a stretch...but this i cant miss out on ...

The rumor from earlier on this thread was a price point of $400.

I'm enthusiastic about them; nice to see something other than another "lifestyle" pair, something with some edge. I don't expect to change preferences from x-metals but it'd be nice to add something of a similar vein.

But, to beat a dead horse, I just don't want them called x-metals. Because they're not. Some sort of play on the x-metal name, fine, just not straight x-metals like they're the same thing. Because they're not.

I really hope that's not true... 700 is to much. 400 is on the verge of being to much but 700 is price prohibitive for me... I really can't see average consumers paying that much, and to be honest even hard core collectors will be hard pressed to pick these up for 700 bucks...

Wow. Crazy. But a $200 book $650 rust decay $600 pit boss 2 $700 painted one off glasses $300 carabiner. Yep Oakley is going Mad science wondering what idiots will pay for them lol
