Rumor: New X-Metal

The badman is supposed to have a more Juliet-like lens shape and less extreme styling than the madman. If true, then they went both ways - took the most extreme x-metal design and made it more extreme, and took the most popular x-metal design and updated it to something with more modern appeal. Maybe. Haven't seen the badman yet.

But I've been wondering - those new metal shirts? The one with all the frames forming "x"es on its back? They don't look like the original x-metals. Maybe design art for the new ones? They're not all the same, though...

How are magnesiums though i mean the feel of the frame? I never had the old mag frames so i dont know how it feels

Magnesium is supposed to be lighter in weight but that's all I know.

That is what ive been thinking, the frames on the shirts might be the new metals coming out, if you look closely on the top most part frame, it looks like the Madman.......im not pretty sure but definitely not the original xmetal frames are there, and i noticed on those shirts, they werent the xmetals, they just simply put "Metals" with out the X........could this be an introduction to the new Metal lines that was coming out next year? If so, could it be 3 or 4 new metal frames?

Exactly - since they aren't original x-metals, does the different frame designs on the shirt mean that they're various concepts of which only some got made (madman / badman) or does it imply there are more to come?

But I'm not sure about the branding. On the surface, it sounds like just simply "Metals", which I think would be just fine - a lot of us here call x-metals "metals" anyway, yet it's not a straight recycling of the brand...

But on the other hand, look closely - though the shirt we're talking about just says "Metal" on the front, each set of frames on the back form an "X"... And the "orbital" shirt, though it also just says "Metal", the word is around the circumference of a circle... with a big "X" in the center...

I'd really like to get to the point where this stuff is released and we for-certain know whether they're recycling the x-metal brand name or evolving it to "Metal" or something similar ...

Obviously I hope for the latter... x-metals are x-metals, and however cool these may end up being, they're something different...
