Show me your most obnoxiously flashy moded X-Squared!

Managed to figure out some colors on a titanium blade yesterday - just need to find some etch and then I'm gonna give this a proper go on the Julies. Was that a polish frame above?! Looks kinda matte on the finish.

E2A: I meant the anodized above - not that the Coppers don't look sick!
When you get into the high voltages and start to add multiple levels and colors they start to turn slightly matte but not so much in person. They are still polished. I always start with polished frames. That's what takes all the time. There is like 20 hours in those romeos.

Some more. Lol. I had fun this week while it was too cold to paint hahaha..sorry I had to show you that I actually tried the blended colors.

Worth the time put in though bud! Well worth it!
Some dont think so but yes I think its worth it. Stay away from titanium finish, plasma and bone plasma if your anodizing. The amps will not drop enough for the frame to stay a consistent colour. Even though the frame may look completely polished its really hard to get that plating off. So the ano just doesn't take well. Stick with xmetal finish frames to polish..xmetal is a blasted finish so no plating. Its clean and anodizes perfectly once polished up

I'll put it out there - I hate polishing. Almost as much as I hate soldering, but not quite!

If you are going to get into anodizing you'll have to get used to it unfortunately..if you make mistakes you have to repolish things. Trust me you'll make plenty of mistakes. Hard truth but polishing and anodizing titanium go hand in hand.
