Thanks for the vids Chris - I am thinking if a custom cut lens doesnt fit - it might need the be sent in with the frames to fix? I am pretty sure I won't be able to adjust the fit with my home Dremel tool . . .

Let's put it this way, if you Dremel it yourself and mess up its on you at that point. That's the issue. With my X-Metal cuts (besides Mars/crater) I recommend you just buy my lenses, if they don't fit shoot me photos and an explanation. I can generally trim manually for you, professionally. Or you are always welcome to send the frame for A+ perfection... I'll just charge $5 extra to help cover some of the additional fees, I'll cover the rest.
