The new animated shorts Tales of the Jedi were fun and I think worth a watch if you liked the clone wars series or you’re a fan of Count Dooku.

I think Andor could arguably be the greatest Star Wars show ever made. If you still haven’t watched it yet and you’re a die hard fan of the original trilogy it’s a must watch!
