Who is playing Cyberpunk 2077 right now? It’s amazing! What path did you choose? I choose Nomad.

I thought it unlocked tomorrow. looks like my steam download is unlocked. I may check it out in a bit. I know I'll play as nomad though. I'm keeping my expectations low as I have heard it has a lot of issues and reviewers were saying it should have been pushed back even further to fix it. Dev's were saying the day 1 patch would fix it.

Honestly i'm more excited for Medal Of Honor Above And Beyond for PC VR. that comes out on the 11th.

Tonight I played until right after the limo ride with Dex. it seems pretty awesome so far. I did have a few bugs though. Jackie walked right through an elevator door that didn't open, and a NPC from the trauma car flew across the screen after the trauma car flew away. also I couldn't pick up one item that was on the floor. not a big deal though. the game has still been awesome. I do love blade runner style worlds.

This game is quite hard to run if you like ray tracing though. I'm someone who will take the FPS hit to run ray tracing since it looks so good. with a slightly overclocked RTX 2080 - ray tracing on, DLSS on "performance" setting, and most settings on high besides shadows it's like 50 to 60fps on my 3440x1440 ultrawide monitor. With similar settings on Control or Metro Exodus it was at like 95 to 105fps. I tried it with no ray tracing and it jumps to 90fps, but the world just looked like it lacked depth and the reflections were dull. I'll take 60fps with ray tracing lighting and reflections over 90fps without ray tracing any day.

Also side note- I forgot how much I hate having to drive cars in games while using a mouse and keyboard. lol.

I’ve heard there has been some crazy bugs on the PC version. But that is part of the charm. I remember Skyrim had loads of bugs at launch. CD Projekt are very good at constantly updating and patching their games so this will not be a problem forever. Are you playing as a Nomad?

Yea, I'm playing as nomad.

Physical FFIX on Switch. Asia only this one, so I had to import it.

E R thAnyone having issues with Cyberpunk? Looks like **** on my Xbox One X 😞

It took a lot of tweaking in the INI/json files and messing with graphics settings to get it to run smooth and run with ray tracing on for me even with a really high end PC. It's poorly optimized and the developers said they are working on it. I'm not sure what options you have for graphics on xbox one x for the game but make sure you turn the crowd size lower to help fps.

I had not had one crash people were talking about, but I tried changing open gl rendering and physx to run on the gpu instead of auto and it was hard crash city. The game wouldn't run for more than a minute without crashing. Turned those options back and it was rock solid again. Lol. I stopped tweaking at that point.

I haven't had any crashes, but I have experienced terrible drops in frame rate (felt like 15-20 fps), atrocious pop in and glitchy animations. The Xbox One X isn't a slouch of a console either, so I was a bit shocked at how poorly it ran.

The graphics were a bit of a letdown as well...I assume were scaled down to help optimization, but AC Valhalla & even older Deus Ex titles look and run 10x better.
