Yep, I'm in same situation as you. I originally was going to pick the RWD version but the delays got so bad I ended up just wanting to wait for AWD.

Good luck trying to resist pulling the trigger guys. I was really hoping for the standard version but after seeing so many around now, I gave up and bit the bullet.

Yep, distributes torque better. If anyone remembers RWD Tesla model S, that thing practically melted its tires due to instant torque. RWD Tesla’s will eat you in tire cost.

Brother drives a P85+ and one has to be a bit careful not to waste those tires quickly

Installed the new headunit today. sounds a million times better bypassing the factory amp signals.

current setup stands as follows now

Headunit =
-Pioneer MVH-2300-NEX
interior speakers =
-JL c series 3.5in dash speakers on a 2 channel kicker amp
-Kenwood excelon 7in front door speakers/JL c series 6x9 rear shelf speakers on a Kicker 4 channel amp
-Kicker 10inch L7 Solobaric sub retrofited into the stock SRT subwoofer box on a Kicker 2 channel sub amp
