Trust me as a sports collector myself none of us have the means to keep these from fading. At least that way it is in the correct hands and millions of people will be able to enjoy it.
It will stay as a family treasure!! I would think the Hall would welcome the ball and bat for sure.

Or just give them to me!!!! Ha ha
