Rice in Japanese seaweed-cracker green tea mix, again. But now with Hawaiian kalua pig on the side. A dish of fresh Ahi shoyu poke. Not any 'previously frozen' stuff. And another dish with some poi (taro).

Had to splurge. A #9 from study's.
Stuffed sopapilla with ground beef, refried beans, green chile, and cheese. This drive thru only sells stuffed sopapillas.

Friends came over and brought some Kalua pig. I didn't have the heart to mention what I had for dinner yesterday. The differences were, the furikaki on the rice, the lomi salmon, and the poi being fresh. Still a winner, even if it was two day in a row. Lol.
