First Case - Need Experts Help

Pretty sure it’s one of these two sets. I was able to find the original lock and key part number after a few minutes search and found there a few yrs back. They were listed on eBay at the time but again, they’re quite common.

Use Sheila Shine and a metal MicroFiber cloth and you will get your Aluminum back to OEM.
Start with Spray 9 degreaser, and finish with Sheila shine.

Anything else I’ve found will polish or otherwise refinish the metal - Sheila Shine simply cleans it fully, no other changes. (These 3 were black and tarnished badly)

You can flame polish the edges of the shelves and door - do not put a flame to the center of the plexi.
(Two cut with a fine tooth blade, the other two cut with rougher blade)

Here are the best estimated measurements I can come up with for my large acrylic door. Once you get your case, see if my door would fit inside the opening.

Full Door Size: 43 3/4" Tall x 11 7/8" Wide x 5/16" Thick
Two Upper Hinge Holes (Centers): Both 3/4" from Edge, 3 1/16" from top and 4 9/16" from top
Two Lower Hinge Holes (Centers): Both 3/4" from Edge, 5" from bottom and 3 9/16" from bottom
Two Lock Holes (Centers): Both 11/16" from Edge, 3 3/16" from top and 4 1/4" from bottom

I don't have hole sizes. I recommend going 1/8" larger than your bolt and lock sizes.

Check the hinges attached to the frame. Mine are 33 3/16" apart; I'm curious to know if the bottom drawer version has the same top door as the bottom door version.
