Hi, I’m new to collecting Oakley glasses and just started focusing on 2000s models last month.
I already owned 8 pairs of Oakley glasses, and yesterday, I added 32 more pairs to my collection, purchasing them all at once from an online retail shop.
I was aware of a few issues with the items before purchasing:
Some pairs were placed in incorrect boxes.
Two pairs (Hijinx and Montefrio) had aftermarket lenses installed.
Another two pairs (Crosshair S and Oil Rig) had their lenses replaced with authentic Oakley replacement lenses.
The Matte Clear Razor Blade model’s Violet Iridium lenses had bubbling.
Despite these known issues, the other pairs are in great condition.
Even though they’re not particularly rare or highly valuable models, I’m thrilled to have been able to acquire so many at once and further grow my collection.
Of course, my wife don't know about this haha
