If I am in the vehicle, there is no traffic, Usually the city or town I am in, block the roads and escort me to where I want to go. Do they not do that there??

You will have to check to make sure that service will be available to you. Or you can rent the services of a helicopter to wisk you off to your destination....

A chopper! That's the way to do it. Make sure you do a stop in the UK to pick me up along the way.
