Oakley Radar EV Path loose arm/hinge within 1-2 weeks

Hi all, I bought an Oakley Radar Ev Path on July 17, but noticed a couple days ago that the right arm/hinge is loose (ie glasses bend under its own weight). Is this normal wear-and-tear?

Lux sux. Lowered standards is probably normal for them.

What color are the frames? I find that my white pairs were kinda like this. But my other colors are snappy.

The frame is matte black. Was wondering if this is just a radar thing, cause my 5-6 yr old flak 2.0 xl are still tight.

I have like 6 or 7 radar ev and only 1 has looser arms. You sure they are legit? Lots of fakes out there.

I have 15 Radar EV’s and none of them has such issues. All arms are snappy and sit tight. The oldest ones are from 2016.
So yes I would return them, that is NOT normal at all.

I was able to exchange them for the same model - hopefully these will last longer than 2 weeks
