The Oakley store in China has never sold eye jackets! WHY?

I recently went to an oakley store in shanghai and they didn't have a huge range of products, I had to buy the oakley eye jacket redux on amazon. Why is oakley eye jacket redux not sold in China? The clerk told me that this product did not come to China at all.
