I just tried 4 of the 6 I have and all of them connected and were readable

A clean install of windows 10

I have ITunes on my Computer. Can I transfer iTunes files to my Split Thump with burning them onto a CD?

When you plug it into your computer it should act just like a flash drive. Most standard audio file formats are supported.

Though you might store and see .MP4’s, I’m not sure that Split will recognize them for playback.
You may have to convert

to .mp3.
