I don't know if it was insured but wouldn't that cover the seller and not the buyer?Insurance would cover it, no?

Idk bro just too upset right now.It doesn't matter, if it's shipped domestic 1st class, it can (and should) be insured for the full amount. If seller didn't include signature confirmation, abd insurance, then he/she took the risk. Amazing that for a $1k package, people wouldn't pay $3 for signature.
I'm definitely filing a claim tonight on my credit card. Paypal is uselessI would start a claim. It's the seller's responsibility for not requiring signature on a $1k package
So sorry to hear this man. I’ve only had one pair stolen like that. Luckily it wasn’t an expense frame for me. Hope something comes of him getting his @ss locked up for itthis is the first time this happend to me. Goin to file a police report later. But who's loss is this goin to be if they return my money and the seller should get his money. This is none of our fault
No it was from the forumWhy not eBay? Wasn't it an eBay purchase?
No loss to the seller because package was delivered. This is goin to be just my loss if my card wont give me a refundStill, sorry for the loss to both, but it's seller's responsibility for not requiring signature on such an expensive package
