No loss to the seller because package was delivered. This is goin to be just my loss if my card wont give me a refund

I don’t know how the carriers can get away with just leaving parcels on the porch over there. They have to be actually delivered here and if nobody’s home they leave a card to rearrange delivery. You can arrange for things to be left in a “safe place” and some couriers just take that on themselves - I’ve had parcels dropped over the six foot+ gate at the side of the house before. Never ever is stuff left in sight of the road though

I’ve complained to USPS because my route carrier NEVER gets a signature for items. Have everything shipped to my parents home because I travel so much and they are always home (retired). They just scribble something eligible and mark it as delivered.

this is the first time this happend to me. Goin to file a police report later. But who's loss is this goin to be if they return my money and the seller should get his money. This is none of our fault

That's the law enforcement arm of the Postal Service. Filing with you local PD is good, but they may just refer it to the Inspection Service, since it involved mail theft - a Federal crime.
