Cutting Lenses - What Works

No, unless it is the old XLJ shape, the new does NOT work. I have them in hand and can 100% guarantee they don't and they are fresh from the Lobby Store at HQ.
According to the spreadsheet the Flak XLJ is supposed to fit the R1 but maybe it's just very tight and no room for error. Gold Iridium looks like only Flak Jack XLJ is a good doner. For Black Iridium you have a much better doner like the Plaintiff and you can get both polar and non-polar also the Plaintiff lens is likely large enough to completely avoid the Polarized etching, but I'll confirm this soon.

the old XLJ was smaller than the current ones, but either way Flak does NOT work for Romeos..you'll be short on height by a shade even with the new ones. just go fast jacket..

cutting for romeos, the plaintiff wont work for polarised lenses, because you have to rotate the lens and that defeats the purpose of polarised lenses - if anything it'll give you a mega headache.

Anyone know of a suitable donor lens for the original O-Matter XX that isn't listed on the chart? And more specifically one that comes in photocromatic?
