MRY Ultra Lenses - DWP lenses for $30

I discovered something interesting: the MRY website does not allow negative reviews to be posted. This means that all ratings on their official website are positive simply because when you try to leave an honest negative review it is not displayed. Instead they later send you a standard template email like the one that has appeared here before.

I ended up taking a very small amount of material off the circumference of the lenses, and re-beveled the edge and now the lenses fit into one of my Juliets.

But...they are absolutely nowhere near the correct base curve...I had to hold the lens into the orbital while tightening the screw, so the lens didn't pop out.
The lens is very flat...they look like the cheapo knockoff Juliets on eBay...

I haven't worn them yet so I have no idea how distorted things will look, while looking through them.

I'll probably just throw them away and never buy from these guys again.

I also suspect they are just cutting out FLAT PolyC & trying to form it.
Still waiting on my second order. If it is two strikes, then I am also done.

There are better options, it appears to me.

This morning I was comparing my FUSE lens to Walleva & Walleva wins, for me.
& they cost less than half as much

The closest comparison I have seen from a replacement lense, to Deep Water, is Apex Ultra Viridian:

Well, I gave them a second shot, waiting & waiting was not fun, but the HD-Polarized Ultra Emerald Green Mirror finally arrived:

I think I prefer the even cheaper vendors: Vonxyz or LensLog (they are both using custom-lenses dot com)
They ship FAST as well, unless what you order has the $2 SpeedPAK shipping cost added.

Do not bother with Smart-VLT nor Galaxy lenses, is my advice. Their rubber kits are alright, but Galaxy lens have the Clarity of bog-water.

No shortage of contrast boost with the...
MRY Ice Blue
MRY Emerald Green
someone will likely comment that I am too picky, but I consider this flat or neutral, Zer0 contrast-boost:

Time to start digging around in the Seek Optics catalog a little farther. So far I have only ordered Arctic Blue from them.

Hard man to please....

Seriously, I don't get the fuss over dirt cheap lenses. If it suits, it suits. If it doesn't - chuck it!! It's all part of the game!

In fact I have had couple of bad lenses from Revant ($70) and once in a while, I ended up receiving lemons from Oakley too (Yeah, it was a Prizm Black, complete with Prizm etching, and it was flat grey like a legacy Black Iridium!) At the same time, I have had good $10 - $15 lenses as well that have held up more than 5 years.
