looks very nice. are there any spray paint that contains iron and can possibly reproduce similar results?

Did you put clear coat to prevent the iron touching your face or just to make the color stand out?

No spray paint that I know of. The clear keeps the rust from flaking off onto your cleaning cloth and scratching the lenses.
