I think there are alot of uneducated (oakley uneducated) people out there that pick up customized frames and are told they are either prototypes or a rare colorway. This seller could possibly believe they are a legitimate prototype but we all know someone just sanded this rough like and wiped some mother polish over the frame. Lol.
