Is that straight Polished or a Black Chrome look?

Asking because I want to find somebody who can do a good Black Chrome XX.

Its candy black pigment in cerakote MC-160 high gloss clear over a polished frame.

I’m wondering if it’s just an XM polished down...

Polish any metal and they look the same other than casting differences.. it takes an application of something or an anodize to change its color.. perhaps a blackening..

yes it is!

I added red candy pigment to cerakote clear to get the R1 red. I just do this stuff for me.. dont trust me to break down a xx lol. I dont do pins. Hahaha. The pros do that. If you'd like a red metal like that one of the experts here would have to break it down for me. As for R1 or squared I can do those.. personally zach is capable and honestly much better than I am at this stuff. Hes always taking orders. Just ask him I can imagine he'd be more than willing to.make your visions a reality..

Man that's cool.. I dont wanna say it out loud but personally they are ugly as sin. My opinion of course. Fun to paint and play with but the fit for me is really bad and the frame itself is ugly. I'm gonna get beat up now..
