Hi there,

I have a problem šŸ˜© and looking for some help

while pulling the earsocks off of a bone plasma 1st gen Juliet one earstem broke.
Did not know this could happen that easy but it is already done.

Anyideas what to do now. Is this restorable?

Sorry to hear what happend mr incredible hulk šŸ˜¢ maybe @Larrycan fix this. I know he fixes broken plastic frames

I can only guess there was an internal casting defect that initiated the crack. Welding Ti64 is possible but difficult/expansive since Ti is extremely reactive to O at elevated temperatures. So it's usually done in vacuum.
(I know some Ti-3Al-2.5V bike frames are welded w/ inert gas only, but yeah... that's more to save cost than anything)
