Lovely thought. Lost my dad to cancer 24 years ago and mum was a survivor about a year ago.

A terrible (group of) disease(s), if you can make someone affected feel better you’ll have done a great thing.

In the last 6 years I have lost a cousin to breast cancer, a grandmother to breast cancer, and a good buddy to breast cancer. But in that same time my mom is a survivor, a co-worker is a survivor, and many more.

It's tough to go through, both the person with the cancer and the family and friends. Kudos for this @BigRabbit

You are awesome @BigRabbit . I lost my father 7 years ago to cancer. Even worse than him being gone was the slow painfull way in which he went. Don't wish that on anyone
