What's the value on a polished x squared, the one that came with VR28 BIPs? I was looking to buy one, but there aren't many listings for them so I don't know what to expect.

Hi. I am thinking of picking up a half framed x metal... Now. I don't like the look of the half x. But I can find one retail. I can pick up these for the prices I listed
1 bnib half x , polished with vr28 - £200 ($300)
2 Like new , but glasses, bag, and soft vault only Romeo 2, polished with titanium lens. £160 ($240)
3 used Romeo 2 , x metal with lenses that must be changed...frame and scratched lens only . £65 ($100)

Are any of these good value... Given that Romeo 2 lenses are reserved to custom cuts does option 3 make sense still? Thanks.

I would go with #2 - everybody's head/face is different so YMMV but I found the half-X to not be very comfortable, while the R2 is awesome, extremely comfortable. I also have the polished / Ti R2 and it's a great looking pair, from both directions. $240 is a very good price for it, too.

What would be a fair price to pay for X-Metal XX, the 2009 re-release version 04-144, complete boxed set including new style coin (smaller coin with more detail), assuming no condition issues and located in the USA?

any input? If not I'll let it go after this, just wanted to give it one more chance :crazypilot:

Dingo missed the small coin part. Those are going for $150-200. I would think around the $600 on the low end mark
