Hi all,
I have 2 of xx twenties which I don’t use. Maybe for sale. Both in good condition. No box.
What could be a fair price? Thanks.

Hi :)
I have a spare pair of Oakley Plate Platinum 24K Iridium sunglasses that are unworn and have been living in their box since purchase.
They are in immaculate condition with absolutely no marks, discolouration and come with their original box and paperwork etc
I'm thinking about selling them but I'm unsure how much I could expect to get for them.
Any pointers would be very helpful.
Thanks :)

dude, those are going for big bux! I sold my pair for $300 I think and I didn't even have a box for them. Pair sold recently on ebay for $699, that's prob a little unrealistic but BNIB should fetch $450+

@Medusa50

Unless the market's really changed that price is maybe a bit high. That seems to be the most common colorway of the three plates, but at the same time plates didn't hold up well with wear and finding a pair complete and like new, collector grade, doesn't happen very often.

I recall @SiRacer420 going nuts with a plate collection at one point, maybe he has some input...

I recently acquired all three colorways in mint condition. All inclusive. Most of the time they are misd8ng something. The chances of getting one BNIB are getting slimmer and that drives price north!

True story. I love those things. Bought and sold several. The silver one is the only one I don’t have. That platinum 24k is the most common color way for sure. That said it’s still a valuable one if its NIB. I think @kronin323 is right that $700 is a bit high, like double. I’d say $300-$350 is what you can expect. That’s in the summer when prices are higher. In the winter I doubt you’ll get that much. In the end it’s all about perspective and who’s looking when. You may list yours at $700 and be the only NIB one on there and some rich guy comes along and buys it. Just beware that whoever buys it is going to expect a truly new pair. Some people have been known to break out a jewelers loupe and inspect lenses on NIB pairs and if there’s a flaw from the factory you’re gonna have a headache.
