Is this case called black Megatower 3.0? It seems slightly difernet Than the one posted on @cacatman thread.got mine for 80 full of stands
, but mine was pretty beat up

Got it. It also looks like one has two locks on the main cabinet

Pretty sure they both do. If you zoom in on @cacatman s photo it looks like somebody removed the bottom one.
That makes more sense.
Hopefully the shelves will be able hold the weight of liquor bottles. I’m probably going to use it store my all my jack Daniel bottles

It should hold them fine. The shelves are about 1/4” glass.
For whatever reason past $300 price point, I've found the sellers tend to believe everyone wants their super rare dealer only case to and what their asking for it is a steal in comparison to this one "similar case" that their cousin's boyfriend's step-sister's half uncles' neighbor sold on craigslist for x3 more than they're asking... 10 years ago.
The distance the case is away is something to consider into the price regarding how much gas/time you'll spend getting it.
While the one listed in the $200-300 typically seem like they actually want to sell the case, as they're open to negotiate on it. While I think any near complete and working unit for $200 or less is a good deal so long as you aren't making up for that deal in traveling fees
There should be a lock at top and bottom of the glass, and one in the cubby door down below.
I'm sure some creative x-metal displays with bob heads an such are rather hefty installments.
You could prob weigh a bottle then determine what the total weight would be with x bottles on each shelf.... then ask on here what folks think for that weight.
