I'd send them back, like many have said buy from a quality member here and you'll get a quality pair. $300 seems a lot for the condition of what you received and on top of that the lens situation.

Don't disagree with you one bit, it's been 24 hours without a reply from him so far. I bet eBay will have to step in.

The funny thing is, guy (the seller) doesn't even know Oakley no longer fixes X-metals. Ebay will definitely get you either a partial refund or get you your money back though. Good luck!

Ever time he replies he recommends I send them to Oakley. Lol
