Ok, so recently I've been looking for vintage razor blades. I want my first pair back. What could I expect to pay for the standard black with fire iridium lens ( I think thats what it was) and black earpiece kit. I'm hoping to find them in excellent condition, no cracks. Thanks

Your cheaper option would be to pick up that color combo in the 30th anniversary edition. The fire lens in an original is going to drive the price up.

If you're talking about the heritage edition, I already got them. They're OK, but it's not the same. I don't want to say that money is no object, because of course it is, just wanted to try and get my originals back, and wear them as well.

Ummm. A virtually new Romeo , plasma with fire , no cracks or scratches on the lens. With original box and coin in great condition?

Did you get the one's from gumtree? I was going to contact them nut the missus spotted me!

Yes. I did. Fortunately my Mrs didn't stop me.. I asked and he sent extra pics. No scratches, no lens cracks, original box, foam, rubber replacements, coin Etc. Could not believe the deal..

they're being sent to me today. I'm not sure the fella new what they were. I even tried to help him, saying they are Romeo plasma and fire and he was still happy with the deal as it was

i am glad you didnt!! hahaha.. no, lets see what they are like , but if they were as pictured its possibly my best ever steal!!... beating the 2nd gen carbon juliet with 2 sets of lenses box and coin complete for £80 i swiped in January

i was quite surprised they were there, i hadnt checked gumtree all day.. and even after i contacted him i asked question after question before deciding to buy, origianly he wasnt going to send the box and coin thinking them worthless, but now hopefully i will get the whole set.... i find gumtree is usually not such rich pickings, but gumtree south africa .....wow... ive seen splices sold on theyre for about £20, romeo 2.0 for £75, pennies for around £100 brand new....

Yeah, I haven't managed to buy anything from gumtree yet but I always check to see if something comes up. When he first listed them he didn't mention anything about the box then later a pic appeared. I'm glad they went to someone from here who's going to appreciate them though!

I wouldn't have thought South Africa would have such good deals! Have you managed to get anyone to post from there?
