It is number 15. In very nice condition. Unfortunately the guy I bought it from didn’t have the box or anything else.

1. Those are cool! (interesting that Geraint Thomas continues to use that model still)
2. No idea on current value.
3. I guess value will depend on the outcome of his adverse finding with WADA.

Since that's classified as x-metal, it is valued around $100, otherwise could have been valued more.
