Penny - one went in eBay auction U.K. start of this year. No box £1200! Personally I think it’s a little steep but I guess someone else didn’t!
Mars - I’d probably say between £550-700 depending on who wants it.

U.K. prices seems to be a tad higher than USA market. I’m sure others will drop their thoughts

**Edit - as people will hound you in the comments “I buy now for X” just take your time don’t let someone pressure a sale!**

Forgot one thing to mention: Unfortunately I do not have any original boxes, the socket for the Mars only.

Thank you for your thoughts. I am in Germany so the UK is not too far away ;)

Are there any facts to find how many where build of each specific model?

No problem at all! So finding exact numbers are almost impossible, copper Pennys are one of the rarer x metals, they never did very well on release so as a result there’s less of them on the market = higher price tag now.
Mars are also rare. The leather Jordan Mars sitting at the top, then the craters (ones with the holes in the side) then the standard like the ones you have! Both you have are great pairs and will always be in demand by collectors!

That is what I thought. Well it seems like my taste in glasses almost 30 years ago was kind of special
I am not sure if I want to sell them now or leave them as they are and keep them for some more years. I am no collector and will not wear them any more but it is a nice memory…

if you are interested in selling I am interested in the Penny copper 1000 buy now
As I mention above I am not sure yet whether I want to sell it now or not. Just try to figure out what it is I have and what it is worth. Actually, I have to say, that I am not willing to to let them for 1000.

Memories are worth more than any amount of money..

Thank you as well for your advice regarding potential interests. I do not have any pressure to sell right now, hence no problem. Will decide in a few days what I will do or not.
