Looks like the 2nd gen ewire (2.1) as far as I can remember; I have the earlier model v1.0 that was a bit more “spartanic“ .. they made the lenses slightly smaller and went into a less oval shape and had extended grips on the arms

Anybody know if these are antifreeze Radars!? Have a lead with someone who is/was a very high up in the OCP department. Definitely not a regular release. Seems to be a uranium color frame, with Ruby clear, and red icons.View attachment 723648

They didnt come with those icons and lens tho. There was two, one was an XL. One of the two was way more rare and considered tour de france pair. Cant remember which. I have an XL

Thanks guys. Seller confirmed, they are Antifreeze frames, that they customized in the custom lab with swapped icons, and added a VR50 Ruby Photochromic lens. Cool stuff. Will be on it’s way very soon.

Looks like a regular pair that someone put Rx lenses in to me. I'll have to dig through some of my 2.0 pairs and check the combinations.

You are correct.
It's a Dark Chrome 05-697 with original VR50 Lenses.

I wonder if it's possible to put Progressive Lenses in.
The Lens is about 28mm high.

RX lenses in that frame are possible... But really only if your eyes sit at the midpoint or higher when looking squared into the mirror.
I'd say the best lens for this job wouldn't be cheap, but you need the Shamir Autograph Attitude 14mm corridor.
