From the description it doesn't sound like the seller realizes they're fake but that could be BS.

Regardless, it usually takes more than one report and some turnaround time for ebay to take them down. I reported it too.

There’s actually some sellers that sell “Foakley” or they will say replicas right in the title...that doesn’t bother so much.
