How do you report Ebay sellers with fakes?

@BladeZ scroll 3/4 down the page. there you will see the 'report' button. i have reported this one but the more reports it gets the better chance of having the listing removed.

thoughts on this one. at first glance it looks legit, but 2 things are throwing me off. first the sku doesn't have the 137 after it (not sure if that's a requirement). Also the SKU looks a little pixelated,as if it was poorly photoshopped
