Could be lipstick red. They had a few models in that color and they had it as a custom color for a while I believe.

That would be a polished Juliet Gen. 1 with originally Blue Iridium lenses.
Also in desperate need of a Tune- up.

Polished/Ice Juliet, looks real to me. Needs the nose bridge tuned up but that's not a huge deal.
