Gen 2 CB, Black strike lens..and quite prone to cracking at the temples.. the crystal series thermoplastics used for the Gen2’s are notorious for hairline fractures.

@TheStig is it in your possession? If not ask for bottom up pics of the temples. While the tops have no fractures, the bottom of the hinges may.

Correct, still ask for the suggested pictures, always better to have visual proof. Especially since the bottom hairlines can be very difficult to see on a cb frame. The hammer stems will close as though there’s no issue, however there will be a wobble.

So from what I see in the second pic posted, the right hammer-stem is sitting above the table, which is a prime identifier of a crack in the hinge, which is also visible in the third pic.

If the frame were as the seller said, without issue both hammerstems would be flush with the table.
 
The CB gen2 black iridium sweep was/is my first pair of oakleys. I know those temples well..
