Square wire 2.0 spring hinge silver with fire lenses.
Good luck finding lenses.old school wite lenses are all but ghosts. Try Fuse, Revant or other aftermarket lenses makers. You might have issues getting them to fit with how bent that frame looks though.

Thanks, yea the frame is definitely a little wonky and in need of adjustment.

They could be a Bottlecap but hard to see from that pic.
Maybe someone more familiar with the frame can confirm it.
