I think it has something to do with how Oakley use to classify their eyewear. It was much different 10 years ago. They've changed it, changed it again, reclassified everything and then changed it some more after that. Along the way things got lost in the shuffle and things didn't make sense with each new re-classification on Oakley's part. It is probably easier for the O Review to keep it at the previous classifications rather than do a complete re-org.
 
Need some help identifying these old Oakleys circa 2006

. I am working on getting the lenses in a bunch of old pairs replaced and want to find a pair for these. Can anyone tell me what model they are? There is no identification on this pair.
 
Yep - basically a full framed original half jacket. They never really took off.
And this is too bad. They are awesome looking especially in the FMJ.
 
Hi Everyone, this a strange Oakley I found a few years ago. I think it might be a first generation Radar or M Frame. But it also can be Sub Zero Temples glued with a M Frame Lens. What do you guys think?

In the images you can kinda of see some kind of glue that was used so it might a custom model.
